Retainer & Cancellation Policy

A 20% retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Your booking is confirmed once the retainer has been received. The retainer will be applied toward your total session price.

Retainers are non-refundable if the client cancels, subject to applicable law.

Clients may request one reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to photographer availability. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, cancellations, and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the retainer.



For outdoor sessions affected by severe weather or unsuitable conditions, the photographer will reschedule the session. An alternative date will be arranged with the client.

The remaining session balance must be paid no later than the session date.

Travel & Location Policy

My private photography property between Stratford and Spencer, Wisconsin, features 38+ unique location spots, offering a variety of backdrops for your session without needing to travel between locations.

Sessions held at my private property do not incur a travel fee.

For sessions at other locations, travel is included within 10 miles of my property. Locations beyond 10 miles will incur a travel fee of $0.76 per additional mile, calculated using the round-trip distance after subtracting the included 10 miles each way.

Any applicable travel fee will be communicated before your session is booked.

Large Group Fee



Sessions with more than 6 people will incur an additional $30 group fee. All individuals, including children and babies, count toward the total.
